In this video, Annemarie shares her experience of flying on an aeroplane from her perspective as a sensory seeker, someone with high sensory thresholds.
If you think about being on an aeroplane – there is often a lot of people, lots of noise, and limited personal space. As a sensory seeker, Annemarie finds herself quite comfortable in this environment, unphased by the multisensory input.
In the next vlog, Marieta shares her experience of flying from the perspective of a sensory root. Whether you love or hate flying, it’s another way to understand our unique sensory wiring and how it influences our decisions, emotions and behaviours.
