We base the workshop content on how the 7 senses influence the brain through daily stimulation with a focus on the visual and auditory systems. We will talk through the do’s and don’ts of screens, views, headsets, earphones and how the digital world can play havoc with your brain. Using your digital world aligned with your needs will reduce fatigue levels and boost productivity and efficiency. You will also get access to our online profiling tool: The Sensory Matrix™ to determine how your brain and body respond to the environment. It will make the information on the course a lot more personal, specific and sustainable.
