Today, Annemarie is in the mountains. Surrounded by trees and nature, she offers her perspective of why mountains provide a calming space. She finds that the greenery and natural elements help to calm your senses, a place where you can “hear the silence”.

Whether you prefer the mountain or the sea, keep in mind the role of your unique sensory wiring and why these places help you to calm the brain and ‘reset’. Let us know what you think, we would love to hear from you!
