Annemarie gives a short introduction to Sensory Intelligence® and the influence it has had on her life. She also shares how we as humans are diverse, individual and unique.

Understanding this and using this insight and knowledge has been life-changing for her. It helped her to understand and appreciate her husband’s behaviour, and gave her more compassion. They have been married for 30 years now and are still going strong. They have two sons whose sensory thresholds were observable at a very young age.

Her understanding of sensory thresholds helped her tremendously to gauge their needs – for example, when they needed to be played with or when they needed cuddles and comfort. It is such a basic way to understand people and behaviour so that we can change or adapt their environment to ensure a calm and happy state.
