Are you a cat or dog person?

Animals are sensory beings. Cats are typically quieter and more contained – they only approach you when they are ready and willing, preferring their own space – much like a sensory avoider. Dogs on the other hand can be considered sensory seekers – they enjoy being stimulated and are often jumping over you, licking you and wagging their tails with endless energy.

Watch the video to learn more about how our choice of pets is influenced by our unique sensory wiring.
