Today Annemarie talks about music – a phenomenal tool that all of us can benefit from.
The therapeutic qualities of music are extraordinary. We all play around with music to find what works best for your brain, either calming you or allowing you to focus better. Your music choices are based on your sensory thresholds which shows how unique we are. It also shows us why we make different choices and enjoy different things based on how the brain processes sensory stimulation from the environment.
