Sensory Stories # 15: Subtitles
Posted: 2 March, 2022

The topic of the day is subtitles. Subtitles aid the process of understanding a message – you are not just hearing but seeing and reading – a perfect example of multi-sensory learning.
In this video, Annemarie talks about the choice we make to put the subtitles of a video on or not. From her perspective as a sensory seeker, someone with high sensory thresholds, subtitles help her to process and understand the message faster. Is this true for you or do you find them to be more of a distraction?
Watch the vlog to learn more and let us know what you think. We would love to hear from you.
