The topic of the day is subtitles. Subtitles aid the process of understanding a message – you are not just hearing but seeing and reading – a perfect example of multi-sensory learning.

In this video, Annemarie talks about the choice we make to put the subtitles of a video on or not. From her perspective as a sensory seeker, someone with high sensory thresholds, subtitles help her to process and understand the message faster.
