Podcasts versus videos… which do you prefer? In this video, Annemarie shares her personal struggles with podcasts as a sensory seeker. She prefers videos where she can process visual as well as auditory stimuli.

Everyone processes auditory and visual information differently and she explains this further in the video. This relates to learning styles and very much taps into NLP, which is neuro-linguistic programming, a fascinating way of also looking at how the brain learns.

At Sensory Intelligence®, we are fascinated by how the brain receives and processes information, as well as how each of us respond differently. Why do some people feel overloaded by it? Do we as individuals avoid sensory input or do we seek it out? Watch this video to learn more.
