How is Sensory Coaching different?

  • Our coaching is grounded in human and sensory science, not generic mindset strategies
  • All Sensory Intelligence® coaches are trained specialists in healthcare, coaching, and human sciences, bringing depth, evidence, and clinical understanding to every session
  • We look beyond goal-setting to examine how your sensory system interacts with your environment and how that interaction shapes your stress, attention, habits, relationships, and performance
  • Through your seven senses, we explore:
    • How your visual and auditory thresholds contribute to information overload, and how to reduce it
    • How technology may be creating sensory mismatch and digital fatigue
    • How touch sensitivity and personal space influence relationships, seating, and social comfort
    • How movement regulates your nervous system and what type of activity works best for you
    • How environments (workspaces, restaurants, holidays, clothing, daily routines) either support or drain you
    • How your sensory wiring shapes your habits, preferences, and decision-making
  • We provide structured, science-informed exploration of how you are wired, going far deeper than surface-level coaching
  • That is the Sensory Intelligence® difference

I’m currently completing the Sensory Intelligence Practitioners® Course and I must say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The course is extremely well-structured, informative and engaging. Annemarie and Marieta are knowledgeable and provide great support and insight throughout the entire course. I’m gaining a lot of valuable insights into how the sensory system works and how it affects our daily lives. The practical exercises and case studies have been very helpful in applying what I’m learning to real-life situations and client cases. Overall, I highly recommend this course to OT’s, coaches, trainers etc who are interested in learning about sensory processing . It’s a fantastic investment in yourself and your practice. Thank you to the team at Sensory Intelligence for providing such an amazing learning experience!
